Patient Pedro LLC will gladly exchange or issue a refund on any shoe or purse item that is returned to us within 20 days of the item being shipped out to you. Please include a copy of the order to expedite the return. Shipping charges are not refundable. After the 20th day, all purchases are considered a final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable. To receive credit for returns the following stipulations must be adhered to:

1. Worn shoes and/or used purses are not exchangeable or returnable.
   
   
2. The shoes and/or purses must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
   
   
3. Return items must be returned to the address listed below.
